Jaybee’s Lights

IMG_3651

It’s been 7 months since we lost our eldest brother Jaybee, and there are times when grief catches up with us. But one of the things that we did, to celebrate his life, was our project called Jaybee’s Lights. We were able to raised funds for 100 Sunny Sonny Lanterns, solar powered inflatable LED lanterns, which we have recently distributed to some island municipalities in Tawi-Tawi which do not have electricity yet, particularly barangay health stations and marine detachments in Sapa-Sapa and Badjao families in Panampangan Island. We hope that through our kuya’s memory and his humanitarian work we would be able to give the gift of lights to others.
